Guru Prasad - Chief Operating Officer
Guru Prasad has several years of experience in working closely with both investors and start-ups, in leadership roles, driving Companies in various stages of growth, towards achieving desired objectives.
He started his career as a Company Secretary as a member of the in-house legal counsels for the VC fund house Sequoia Capital, over a decade ago.
In this role, he has not only been a party to several Due diligences, on both start-ups and large companies that, having been identified as potential investment opportunities for Sequoia capital but also has been actively involved in managing regulatory compliances for several companies. Moving on, he has also been a part of an Edtech start-up working closely with the CEO’s office towards strategizing and driving behaviours towards meeting goals and objectives agreed upon with the investor VC groups.
With hands-on experience at driving and managing several large teams, he is now a key member of the leadership team powering us towards meeting deliverables and customer delight.

Ruslan Desyatnikov is Founder & CEO of QA Mentor, he is our advisor who brings over 20 years of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Process Improvement and Software Testing experience.
Prior to expanding operations at QA Mentor, Ruslan worked at Citi for 3 years as the Global Head of Testing of Worldlink Technology. Prior working at Citi, Ruslan worked at Sterling InfoSystems, one of the biggest background screening companies in the world. During his 6 years tenure he was responsible for testing functions, process improvements, and quality strategic directions across the entire company. As a Global VP of QA & Testing, he established the QA Department by implementing QA Methodology, QA Process, automation, security, configuration management and performance functions.
